YES i remember it as a short novel.. ‘THE GOD MACHINE all I come up with online is the band” god machine.”…..it was a collection of short by issac asimov…also slightly rumored to be the basis for” do androids dream of electric sheep” which later became the famous riddley scott movie blade runner…based on philp k dicks book….inspiration for his story…not the story about the children itself…but you will find asimovs story this story….is i was on millionaire I’D ASK THE AUDIENCE.LOL
